Highland County uses the Premier AccuVote-TSX electronic voting machines.  The programming and testing of the machines is open to the public and notice of dates and times are giveni via Newspaper, Radio, and on the Highland County website http://highlandcountyelections.com.  The Highland County Board of Elections and Staff take election security very seriously and have developed security procedures which will ensure fair and honest elections for the voters of Highland County.
